As an elementary computer specialist I put together an enrichment website back in 1999 or so. I have a basic HTML tutorial for my students and teachers on there. HTML is not difficult.

It is a lot like learning a few new words in a foreign language. You just surround your text with opening and closing tags that tell the browser how to display the text.
